热气溶胶灭火剂配方设计原理研究
此次研究，通过研究对不同成分和配比的灭火剂进行正交对比实验，对比了不同灭火剂的燃烧性能、燃烧时间以及灭火效率，并根据实验所得数据，分析得出几种影响灭火剂灭火效率的基本因素，对比了氧平衡在配方中的影响，为以后热气溶胶灭火剂配方设计发展提供一个参考。26337

Title Research on the Design Principle of Hot Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Agent
Abstract
Calculated by the balance oxygen, the ratio may be determined for each component extinguishing agent, ensure reliable and stable combustion, it can be used as a good means of evaluation and design. Formulated with additives to improve the performance of fire extinguishing agents.
The study, through the study of different components and ratios of extinguishing agents orthogonal contrast test, comparing the combustion performance of different extinguishing agents, the combustion time and extinguishing efficiency, and the experimental data obtained analysis reveals some influence extinguishing agent basic elements of fire-fighting efficiency, provide a reference for future thermal aerosol fire extinguishing agent formulation development.

1 绪论
1.1 研究背景
卤代烷的化学品哈龙灭火剂，以其高效、洁净、无毒无害的性能在世界范围内得到广泛的应用[1]。然而，当人们用哈龙灭火器救火或训练时，哈龙气体就会排放到大气中，哈龙中含有氯和溴，当受到太阳光辐射后，分解出氯、溴的自由基，这些化学活性基团与臭氧发生链式反应，使臭氧层遭到破坏，降低了臭氧的浓度，从而使得臭氧层空洞[2]。1985年到1987年，世界主要国家代表就臭氧层保护、淘汰耗损臭氧层物质，先签署了著名的《文也纳公约》之后又签署了《蒙特利尔议定书》。此后，我国也在1989年签署了《文也纳公约》，后来又在1991年加入了《蒙特利尔议定书》。根据我国淘汰耗臭氧层物质《国家规定》，我国将于2005年停止所有关于哈龙产品的生产，2010年实现停用[3]。在众多哈龙灭火剂的替代技术中，热气溶胶灭火剂凭借其优越的性能逐渐成为目前应用最为广泛最受关注的一类灭火剂。
