摘要：本文针对燃烧式赤磷发烟剂机械感度高的问题，开展低感度药剂配方探究。在相关文献综述基础上对药剂配方进行初步设计，通过对各配方燃烧性能测试选出燃烧发烟状态较好的配方，这些配方再经过摩擦感度测试，分析出影响摩擦感度的主要因素。通过正交实验，结合燃烧状态和摩擦感度，选出性能优良的配方。最后借助遥感傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、红外热像仪以及可见光光强仪测试，得出赤磷发烟剂燃烧所形成的烟幕对可见光和红外的遮蔽率。汇总所有实验结果，最终得到易点燃、燃烧状态稳定、遮蔽能力以及安全性能均达到最优的配方。

Title  A production technology of the combustion type red phosphorus smoke agent with the low sensitivity

Abstract：In this paper,a production technology of the combustion type red phosphorus smoke agent with the low sensitivity was explored.Using the literature search to design preliminary experimental formulation.Selecting a good combustion formulation through the combustion performance test of preliminary formulations. After the friction sensitivity test of these formulations, founding the influence of friction sensitivity. According orthogonal experiment,combustion state and friction sensitivity to select good formulas. Through remote sensing infrared test, thermography test and Visible light test,getting the visible light and infrared shielding rate of the smoke formed by red phosphorus smoke agent. Summary of all experimental results, finally obtained the optimal formula with the best easily ignited, combustion stability, shielding ability and safety performance.
