摘    要:随着中国的工业迅速发展,对于水资源环境造成了的污染已经成为阻挡我国长远发展、可持续发展的重要因素。本研究对于宁波市工业园区污水处理厂处理过程中对于周遭环境质量影响进行了研究与探讨,对相对应的环境元素的监测方法和评价方法进行研究。结果表明,在监测期间,处理厂的废水排放基本符合国家规定。地表水中常规监测数据包括下游奉化江澄浪堰、三江口断面现状水质各监测指标均能满足Ⅳ类水质标准要求;本项目上游翻石渡溶解氧最高达到5.83mg/L、石油类最高达到0.23mg/L、总磷最高达到0.26mg/L,该三项超过Ⅲ类标准要求,其余因素均达标。水质监测数据表明,本项目附近江段总体水质已超过Ⅳ类水体保护功能要求。氨氮和总氮已严重超标,最高分别达到2.68mg/L和6.44mg/L,远超出Ⅴ类水质标准;化学需氧量最高达到38.87mg/L,生化需氧量最高达到7.73mg/L,均超出Ⅳ类水质标准;粪大肠菌群在二期排污口上游500m采样点达3.77X105mg/L,超出Ⅴ类水质标准;其余指标均能满足Ⅳ类水质目标要求。监测指标不合格的只有地表水,其他地下水、大气均达到排放要求。

With the rapid development of China's industry,the pollution caused by the water resource environment has become an important factor that impedes the long-term development and sustainable development of China.This research in the process of sewage treatment plant in ningbo city industrial park for environment quality influence has carried on the research and discussion, elements of corresponding environment monitoring method and evaluation method were studied.The results show that during the monitoring period,,the wastewater discharge of the treatment plant basically conforms to the national regulations.Surface water in the routine monitoring data including downstream fenghua Jiang Cheng wave weir,,sanjiang mouth section water quality status monitoring indexes can meet Ⅳ class water quality standard requirements;This project upstream to turn over stone cross the dissolved oxygen (do) to a maximum of 5.83 mg/L,,the type of oil up to 0. 23 mg/L,,total phosphorus, up to 0.26 mg/L,,the three over Ⅲ class standards,,other factors are up to standard.The water quality monitoring data indicate that the overall water quality of the river in the vicinity of this project has exceeded the protection function of the water body.Dangerous levels of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen had the highest reached 2.68 mg/L and 2.68 mg/L,,far beyond Ⅴ class water quality standards;Chemical oxygen demand (cod) up to 38.87 mg/L,biochemical oxygen demand (cod) up to 7.73 mg/L,that go beyond Ⅳ class water quality standards;Upstream outlet of fecal coliform in phase ii also reached 3.77 at 500 m sampling X105mg/L, beyond Ⅴ class water quality standards;The other indexes can meet the requirement of water quality target. Only surface water,other groundwater and atmosphere shall meet the emission requirements if the monitoring indexes are not qualified.
