摘 要:采用液相沉淀-高温固相法制备球形LiNiPO4,并通过不同锂源、Fe3+离子掺杂和碳包覆,来探究这些因素对LiNiPO4的合成、形貌以及结构的影响。研究结果表明:以LiOH•H2O为锂源制备的样品结晶度较好,相较未改性前,掺杂Fe3+和碳包覆对合成样品的形貌、结构以及物相均有影响。其中,掺杂材料LiFe0.04Ni0.96PO4和5%C-LiNiPO4颗粒变小,在同类样品中的表征较好,随着碳包覆量的增加,物相由磷酸镍锂向未知相转变,LiNiPO4的橄榄石型结构遭到破坏。27838 毕业论文关键词:LiNiPO4;橄榄石型结构;液相沉淀-高温固相法;离子掺杂;碳包覆
The Research on Synthesis , Morphology and Electrochemical Performance of Lithium Nickle Phospate
Abstract:Spherical LiNiPO4 was prepared by liquid deposit-high temperature solid state method. The effect of different source of Lithium, Fe3+ ion doping and carbon coating on the morphology and structure of obtained LiNiPO4 was investigated using
XRD, SEM, etc. The results indicate that crystallinity of the as-preparated samples is well when the LiOH•H2O was used as lithium source. The Fe3+Doping and carbon coating have significant impacts on the morphology and structure of the as-synthesized LiNiPO4. The doped material LiFe0.04Ni0.96PO4 and 5% C-LiNiPO4
posses smaller particles and better characterization among the similar group, The phase was changed from the lithium nickel pholophate to the unknown phase with the increase of amount of carbon coated. The structure of olivine-type LiNiPO4 was destroyed when the morphology of the sample from spherical particles into irregular lamellar.
