摘要随着工业的发展,大量汞通过人类活动排入土壤中。而蚯蚓是土壤中生物量最大的动物类群之一,同时具有较大的经济价值和生态价值,土壤中汞浓度的增大会对蚯蚓产生各方面的影响。本论文利用染毒人工土壤来探究不同浓度的重金属汞对赤子爱胜蚓掘穴行为的影响,设置空白样对照,讨论蚯蚓掘穴路径与染毒浓度和培育时间的关系。研究结果表明,随着染毒浓度的增加,蚯蚓的爬行深度趋于减小,爬行轨迹从密集逐渐变为疏松,土壤运动时间减少,爬行长度和范围缩小。29720 毕业论文关键词:汞,人工土壤,蚯蚓,掘穴
Effects of Hg Stresson earthworm burrowing behavior
Abstract With the development of industry, a large amount of mercury is discharged into the soil through human activities.. As one of the largest animal groups of soil biomass, earthworm has great economic value and ecological value, and the increase of mercury concentration in soil will have the effect on earthworm.. The exposure of artificial soil to explore different concentrations of heavy metals mercury of Eisenia fetida burrowing behavior influence, set blank control, discuss the relationship between earthworm burrowing path and exposure concentration and incubation time. Research results show that with the increase of the exposure concentration and earthworm crawling depth tends to decrease, crawling trajectories from intensive gradually become loose, reduce the soil movement time, reptation length and scope narrow.
