摘要:本课题介绍了碱性锌-镍合金电镀的应用领域,镀液和镀层性能的相关概念以及检测方法,并探讨了相关的共沉积和耐蚀性机理。综述了目前碱性锌-镍合金电镀的研究现状和发展,以碱性锌酸盐镀液为基础,采用单因素试验方法并结合霍尔槽试验探讨了添加剂,络合剂,主盐,温度,电流密度等不同工艺参数对镀层中镍含量,镀层厚度和镀层外观的影响规律。根据霍尔槽试片的外观判断,用X-RAY测试仪优选出最佳方案。最后通过中性盐雾试验,验证其耐腐蚀性。结果表明:当镀液成分为ZnO 8~12 g/l, NaOH 100~140 g/l ,NiSO4•6H2O 10~14 g/l,镍配合物180g/l,添加剂4ml/l, 温度15~30℃,霍尔槽试验电流2A, 电镀时间5 min时,可获得含镍10~15%,具有良好外观和耐蚀性好的锌-镍合金镀层。29875 毕业论文关键词: 锌-镍合金;霍尔槽试验;添加剂;电沉积;性能测试
Study for Zinc-Nickel Alloy Coatings in Alkaline Solutions
Abstract: This subject provides an introduction to the field of the application of alkaline zinc nickel alloy plating, the related concepts of plating solution and coating performance and detection method, and discusses the relevant codeposition mechanism and corrosion resistance. The alkaline zinc nickel alloy plating is reviewed the research status and development, based on the alkaline zincate electrolyte solution, using the method of single factor experiment and, based on the experimental hall additives, complexing agent, the main salt, temperature, current density and other factors on the coating appearance and plating nickel content, the influence of the appearance of the specimens according to the hole groove, use X -RAY tester is optimized, the best solutions. At last, by neutral salt spray test and verify its corrosion resistance. Results show that :the bath composition of ZnO8~12 g / l , NaOH 100~140 g/l ,NiSO4•6H2O 10~14 g/l,Nickel complexes180g / l, additive 4ml / l, temperature15~30 ℃, Hull cell test current: 2A Plating time 5 min. Obtain 10~15% nickel, having a good appearance and good corrosion resistance of zinc-nickel alloy plating.
