摘 要:近些年来,关于四氢噻唑类化合物的研究已经有了新的突破,此类含氮杂环化合物不仅在医药和生物领域中占有极为特殊的地位,而且它们一般拥有广泛的生物活性。因此在有机合成中,设计一个绿色有效合成四氢噻唑化合物的方法是很有价值和前景的。所需产物可由半胱胺盐酸盐和对甲氧基苯甲醛的缩合反应来合成,本论文主要研究了反应原料在催化剂的作用下合成四氢噻唑的反应。从反应溶剂、反应时间及反应温度等条件对产率的影响出发,到最终确定最佳的反应条件。31233 毕业论文关键词:对甲氧基苯甲醛;半胱胺盐酸盐;生物活性;四氢噻唑
The Methoxy Benzene-Formaldehyde Four Hydrogen Thiazole Compounds
Abstract: In recent years,researching on four hydrogen thiazole compounds have the new breakthrough.This kind of nitrogen heterocyclic compounds,not only in the field of pharmaceutical and biological occupies a special position,and they generally have a wide range of biological activity. So in the organic synthesis,design a green effective method of synthesis of thiazole compounds is of great value and prospect.The product can be made of cysteamine hydrochloride and the methoxy condensation reaction for synthesis of benzaldehyde. This thesis mainly studies the reaction raw materials under the action of catalyst synthesis reaction of thiazole moiety.From the reaction solvent,reaction time and reaction temperature on the influence of yield,to finally determine the optimal reaction conditions.
