摘 要:本文以十吹冰烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,硝酸铜和稀土的氧化物或盐为原料,利用水热合成法合成稀土-Cu-MCM-41介孔分子筛。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)对稀土-Cu-MCM-41的微观结构进行表征。研究结果表明:掺杂了Nd、Sm离子后的Cu-MCM-41分子筛的有序性增强,结晶度提高;相反,掺杂了Ce、Gd离子后的Cu-MCM-41分子筛的有序性、结晶度减弱;稀土金属在Cu-MCM-41以非结晶态存在,且高度分散。稀土金属的掺杂同时也提高了Cu物种的分散度,还使Cu-MCM-41介孔分子筛的晶面间距增大。33780 毕业论文关键词:稀土金属;MCM-41;水热合成;结构
The Effect of Introduction of Rare Earth Metals on the Structure of Mesoporous Molecular Sieve Cu-MCM
Abstract:Using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) as template,tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as silica source,Cupricnitrate and rare earth oxides or salts as raw materials,mesoporous molecular sieve containing Cu and rare earth metals has been synthesized by the hydrothermal method.The structure of samples was characterized by the mean of X-ray power diffraction.The results shown that the ordering and the crystallinity of Cu-MCM-41 were improved after doping Sm and Nd elemen;on the contrary,the ordering and the crystallinity of Cu-MCM-41 were weakened after doping Ce and Gd element.The rare earth metals in Cu-MCM-41 are in amorphous state and highly dispersed.The doping of rare earth metals also improved the dispersion of Cu element,and increased the crystalline interplanar spacing of mesoporous molecular sieves.
