Analysis of the relationship between industrial SO2 emissions and economic growth in Jiangsu province
Abstract：Ecological Status of civilization has become increasingly prominent,so that industrial ecology has become the new trend of economic development.By exploring 2003--2013 Relationship between Jiangsu Province industrial SO2 emissions and economic growth and internal relations,we get the following conclusions:Since 2003,SO2 emissions from industry in Jiangsu Province with the growth of industrial output experienced a decrease after an initial increase of the process;Down "w" type characteristic curve showing between industrial SO2 emissions and per capita gross industrial production during the study period in Jiangsu province;Petroleum processing,coking and nuclear fuel processing industry, non-metallic mineral products,electrical gas water production and supply industry is a major factor in all industrial SO2 emissions impact. scale have been play a catalytic role for industrial SO2 emissions in Jiangsu Province,The structure effect and technology effect has the inhibitory effect on SO2 emission of industry of Jiangsu Province,especially the technique effect of industrial SO2 emission is decisive

1.前言
工业的不断发展对一定区域范围内自然资源、环境容量的供需情况及其环境污染结构的演变有着很大的影响。在工业化的进程中, 工业污染作为工业生产难以避免的附属产物，随着经济的增长，污染指数必然也会提高。然而，生态文明地位日益凸显，生态文明建设逐渐上升为的执政理念和国家意志，纳入中国特色社会主义事业的总体布局。绿色发展作为新一轮工业革命的潮流为推动生态文明建设提供了有利条件，因此，大力发展绿色经济，加快产业结构的调整以及技术创新，降低工业污染对环境的影响成为各国学者关注的热点。国外学者围绕工业和环境之间的协调发展提出了经济发展社会中环境将会经历先恶化，然后逐渐改善的环境库兹涅茨曲线（即EKC模型）模式理论的分析[ 1-3]。但由于不同学者选取的污染指标及其样本数据量和时间范围的不同，使研究结果表现为不同于“倒U型”曲线的其他形式，同时对EKC模型停留在主观解释，缺乏理论支持；国内学者目前关于环境污染和经济增长关系主要体现在三方面：二是关于方法的研究；一是区域化的研究，主要着重于全国省级综合数据[4]和单个省、市[ 5-7]的数据为研究对象；二是研究对象的选择，体现在产业结构的转变对环境的影响[4]、资源约束背景下主导产业的选择[6-8]等方面，其中工业生态化的影响因素[9-10]的动因和机制主要探究了政策制度、人口密度、工业产业结构、经济规模以及治理技术等对工业环境的影响；三是关于方法的研究，将常用于研究中的有回归分析法[ 11]和分解法 [12-14]，其中分解法作为一种将目标变量分解为多个影响要素并最终确定各个要素目标对目标变量影响程度的方法，开始逐渐被运用到环境污染成因分析方面。目前国内对经济增长过程中大气污染及温室气体CO2研究较多见，对工业SO2排放与经济发展关系的研究尚有待深化。
