摘要:分别用双反相微乳法、单反相微乳法,溶胶-凝胶法和共沉淀法制备Ce0.4Zr0.24Pr0.03Al0.33O2固溶体,并利用BET比表面积、孔径分布曲线,吸附等温曲线对样品的比表面积、孔径大小以及孔结构进行分析。结果表明,两种反相微乳法制备样品的BET比表面积高,孔径分布范围较宽(2-20nm),而溶胶-凝胶法和共沉淀法制备样品的比表面积低,孔径分布较集中(2-10nm),孔结构主要是粒子堆积形成的狭缝孔或由层状结构产生的孔。利用XRD,TEM等手段对双反相微乳法制备样品的物相结构、晶粒大小进行表征。结果表明,Ce0.4Zr0.24Pr0.03Al0.33O2为萤石型立方晶相结构的均相固溶体,粒径尺寸5 nm左右、分散均匀。40010 毕业论文关键词: Ce0.4Zr0.24Pr0.03Al0.33O2固溶体,制备方法,反相微乳法
Preparations of Ce0.4Zr0.24Pr0.03Al0.33O2 solid solution
Abstract: Ce0.4Zr0.24Pr0.03Al0.33O2 solid solutions were prepared by double inverse microemulsion method, single inverse microemulsion, sol-gel method and coprecipitation method. The specific surface area, pore diameter size and pore structure were characterized by BET specifc surface area, pore size distribution curve and the adsorption isothem curve. The results show that the samples prepared by two kinds of inverse micromulsion methods obtain high BET and wide pore size range (2-20 nm). However, samples prepared by sol-gel method and coprecipitation method have low specific area and narrow pore size distribution (2-10 nm). The pore structure is mainly the slit pore produced by particle accumulation or the pore of layered structure. The sample prepared by double inverse microemulsion method was characterized by XRD, TEM. The results show the Ce0.4Zr0.24Pr0.03Al0.33O2 solid solution is the homogeneous solid solution of cubic phase structure with the size of about 5 nm, which distributes uniformly.
