摘要:本次设计的课题是年产500万平方米橡胶输送带的车间工艺设计。在输送带需求量增长的大环境下,设计出一家能够满足一定市场需求的普通橡胶输送带的生产厂家。设计采用的输送带生产方法包括生胶的开练,输送带不同胶层的混炼,帆布的压延成型以及挂胶,输送带的硫化等重要的生产过程。设计的主要内容包括设计的概述,其中包含了可行性的研究,设计的依据和程序,设计的主要内容;第二方面是厂址的选择以及厂区的平面布置图;第三方面是工艺设计的选择和流程图的确定;第四方面则是输送带原材料的选择,其中包括了各种助剂在内;第五方面是机械设备的选择,包括选择各种型号的开炼机,密炼机等机械设备;第六部分和第七部分是原材料以及机械设备的计算,包括计算出需要消耗多少的原料和多少的机械设备。第八部分是主要生产车间的布置,包括了原料制造车间,压延车间和硫化车间;第九部分是非工艺设计,主要包含动力,人员,污染治理等方面的内容。设计取得的成果主要有设计说明书和在设计过程中所学到的关于橡胶产品的生产的内容。43770
