摘要:本文以香奈儿的一款女用香水——香奈儿5号为研究对象,研究了其配方中已经限量甚至可能限量的原料并进行了改进。通过GC-MS分析和感官评定确定了该香水的香韵组成及其使用的主要原料,并拟定了改进配方进行配制。通过实验不断对配方进行修正,最终得到优化后的香精配方,结果为:花香韵(50%~70%);醛香香韵(1%~3%);果香香韵(3%~8%);辛香和豆香韵(4%~11%);木香和动物香香韵(12%~21%),膏香和琥珀香韵(3%~10%),从而得到与样本的香韵较为相近的香精。通过不断的实验,经改进的香奈儿5号女用香水香精的香气组成及香气结构都得到了完整的体现。7131

Research improvment of Chanel Fragrance
Abstract: One of the women's fragrances of CHANEL was studied in this paper. Researching the raw materials of formula has been limited and will may be limited and improving the CHANEL No.5. Through the GC-MS and smell to decide its composition and then design a improvemen prescription to preparation. By experiment continually corrected formulations, and ultimately get the optimized flavor formula. It’s including: floral: (50%~70%), aldehyde: (1%~3%), fruity: (3%~8%), spice and coumarine: (4%~11%), wood and animals: (12%~21%),paste incense and amber: (3%~10%). Through a series of experiments on fragrance identifying, improved Chanel women's fragrance based on CHANEL No.5, flavors and aroma composition and aroma structure has been complete expression.
