摘要：香料香精是生产各种食品如零食、饮料以及洗发露等日用化妆品的重要原料和产品,而香精配方是一款香精产品的核心，也是各个香精香料企业的核心技术之一。同样的，卷烟加香加料在现今烟草企业中也是一项十分常见且至关重要的工一项工艺和技术。本课题主要是通过对“泰山”牌香烟的加料加香配方研究，了解香精香料在卷烟中的重要作用，对烟用香原料进行不断地嗅闻、感知。了解不同香原料的香气特点以及使用方法，同时也要对香烟的整体香气进行体。并且通过不断地分析、感受，将卷烟中的香精配方进行分析，利用现有香原料进行模仿创新，不断地进行调配，以创造出一个全新的烟用香精配方，并应用于香烟之中于原有香烟香气进行分析对比，使所配香精配方香气和谐圆润，与烟草香气协调。48299

Smell analysis on "Taishan" brand cigarette 

Abstract: Flavors are indispensable important raw materials and products of the contemporary social production and life, its formula is also one of the core technology of production in flavoring enterprise. In contemporary cigarette manufacturing, spiced charging is an important technology. This topic is mainly through to the "taishan" brand cigarettes flavored formula feeding study, understand the  flavors of the essence in the cigarette, the cigarette fragrance raw materials needs keep sniffing, percepting. Understand the incense material characteristic and different use methods of fragrance , as well as to appreciate the overall aroma of cigarettes. And through analysis, experience unceasingly, the essence of cigarette formula were analyzed, and the use of the existing raw material to carry on the imitation innovation, constantly to allocate, to create a new cigarette flavor formula, and applied to the comparative analysis of cigarette in tobacco original aroma. Make the match essence formula aroma harmony fruity, coordinate with tobacco aroma.
