摘要采用了溶胶凝胶法与浸渍法制备了一系列不同的钨负载量的V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂,对其进行了NH3选择性催化还原NO性能评价,并用PL、XRD、XPS、EPR等手段对催化剂样品的表面形态进行了表征。结果表明,钨的加入使催化剂低温活性提高,拓宽了催化剂的活性温度窗口。其主要原因是WO3具有一定的储存电子和传递电子的能力,W将电子选择性的传递给V,促使V发生多种价态变化,使催化剂表面呈现出更多的超氧自由基,从而提高了VWTi体系催化剂的活性。8309

Title The characterization and activity of W-doped vanadia/titania for the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3 at low temperatures
Abstract V2O5/WO3-TiO2 catalysts with different tungsten loadings were prepared by impregnation method and sol-gel method. The activities of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with NH3 were measured and surface characteristics of those samples were characterized. The results showed that the response window was widened of the WO3 being introduced, with the WO3 content increasing, NO removal efficiency increase appreciably. The main results are: The WO3 has the ability to stored electronic and transmission of electronic. W selective electron transfer to the V to promote the change of V valence state and the surface of the catalyst showed more superoxide, thereby increasing the catalytic activity of VWTi system.
