摘要本实验研究的是用脉冲电镀的方法制备CoMoP催化剂,并对在制备CoMoP催化剂的过程的制备条件进行优化,在对所有的制备条件进行优化之后,制备出效率相对最高,产氢速率最快的催化剂。本催化剂使用的是海绵,以海绵为载体将金属元素镀在海绵上制备产氢催化剂。优化的条件有:电镀一中钴的浓度、硼酸的浓度、溶剂中EG的体积比例、镀液温度、电流密度、电镀时间的长短;浸渍液中钴的浓度、EG的体积比例、浸渍时间、浸渍温度;电镀二中次磷酸钠的摩尔浓度、氢氧化钠的浓度、钼酸钠的浓度、溶剂中EG的体积比例、镀液温度、镀二的电流密度及电镀时间;电镀一二的电镀波形也是重要的影响因素。并使用SEM、EDX方法对最优条件下的样品进行表征,发现样品电镀效果不错,放在产氢溶液产完氢之后,载体上的金属元素没有掉落。

The research and preparation of foam nickel hydrogen production performance of alcoholysis         supported cobalt catalysts

Abstract

This experimental research is CoMoP catalyst preparation from dc plating method, and the preparation process of CoMoP catalyst preparation conditions were optimized, after to optimize the preparation conditions for all, were relatively high efficiency, the fastest rate of hydrogen production catalysts. The catalyst using a sponge, sponge as a carrier for metal plating on the sponge preparation of catalyst for hydrogen production. Optimized conditions are as follows: the concentration of cobalt plating one, EG in the boric acid concentration, solvent volume ratio, temperature, current density and electroplating time length; In the pickling liquid cobalt concentration, the proportion of the volume of EG, dipping time, soaking time;Plating 2 molar concentration of sodium hypophosphite, sodium hydroxide concentration, concentration of sodium molybdate, EG in the solvent volume ratio, plating solution, plating temperature of the current density and electroplating time; The influence factors of plating or electroplating waveform is also important. And using  SEM, EDX methods for optimal conditions of samples were characterized, and found the sample plating effect is good, in after sodium borohydride solution to produce hydrogen, metal elements on the carrier didn't fall off.
