Aerobic biological treatment adopts SBR technology, and the effluent of preexposure sedimentation tank flows into SBR for aerobic biological treatment, so as to further degrade organic substances in water. Regulation of sludge discharged into the sedimentation tank, UASB, preexposure sedimentation tank, SBR processing unit generates the set of mud mud wells, wells sludge pump to enhance sludge thickening tank, sludge concentration in sludge dewatering by mechanical dewatering of the sludge cake Sinotrans as organic manure. The liquid in the sludge thickener and the filter press between the sludge dewatering are discharged into the water collecting tank for reprocessing.

Because this kind of waste water is very harmful to the environment, it can not be discharged directly, so it must be treated after concentration of each process wastewater, and then can be discharged after reaching the two level of the national standard.
