摘要为实现火工药剂的工艺优化,从而延长火工品的使用寿命并提高其抗盐雾环境的性能,本文通过中性盐雾试验来研究火工药剂的抗盐雾腐蚀能力,具体工作如下;

(1)分别制备了B/KNO3点火药,钨系延期药及相关火工品,并测量了B/KNO3点火药的撞击感度,摩擦感度,点火能力,钨系延期药的延期时间,以及此二者的导热系数等性能;

(2)对火工药剂以及由其制成的火工品进行中性盐雾试验,然后再分别测量上述的性能,通过对比盐雾试验前后相关性能的变化,发现钨粉含量较高,受到盐雾腐蚀时,延期时间精度降低的较少;钨粉含量较低,延期药更难以被点燃,但受到盐雾腐蚀时,燃烧的稳定性更好 。78023

Title    Explosive resistance to salt spray corrosion assessment                     

                                                           

Abstract TO realize the process optimization of the initiating explosive device,So as to prolong the service life of initiating explosive device and improve the performance of its resistance to salt fog environment,the study of the resistance to corrosion of the initiating explosive device is conducted by the neutral salt spray test。Specific work as follows:

(1)The ignition powder of B/KNO3,tungsten type delay composition and related initiating explosive device were prepared。Thw delay time of tungsten type delay composition and characteristics of B/KNO3,including impact sensitivity,friction sensitivity and ignition ability,as well as both of their thermal conductivity

Were tested,

(2)The salt spray was carried out using the initiating explosive device mentioned above。We compared the variations of the initiating explosive device after salt-spray,The results are as follows:The higher the content of tungsten powder,the lowerthe degree of the delay precision;as the decrease of content of tungstenpowder,the tungsten type delay composition was difficult to be ingited;

But the stability of its combustion was better。
