摘 要:本文采用水热合成法一步合成双金属掺杂的碱土-铜-MCM-41介孔分子筛。通过X射线粉末衍射和红外光谱对样品结构进行了表征。结果表明,合成的样品具有MCM-41介孔分子筛典型的吹冰方有序排列结构特征,由FT-IR和XRD图可知,样品经焙烧后,模板剂被去除,样品2、3、4的特征峰位置接近,说明它们的晶面间距差别不大;样品3的衍射峰最强,说明Sr-Cu-MCM41的孔道有序性最好,样品2的衍射峰最弱,说明Ca-Cu-MCM41的孔道有序性最差。相对于样品2、3、4而言,样品1的衍射峰峰较宽,峰向大角方向移动,这说明Mg-Cu-MCM-41的孔道有序性差,晶化程度低,晶面间距减小。10641

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Property Analysis of Bi-metal-doped M-Cu-MCM-41(M=Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba )
Abstract: In this paper, a series of bimetallic M-Cu-MCM-41(M=Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) were synthesized by direct hydrothermal method. Structure of the obtained samples was characterized using XRD and FT-IR techniques. The results showed that all the samples exhibited a typical hexagonal arrangement of mesoporous structure. Sample 2, sample 3 and sample 4 have similar characteristics, indicating that they are not very different lattice spacing; Sample 3 has the strongest diffraction peaks indicating that Sr-Cu-MCM41 has highly ordered structure. Sample 2 has the weakest diffraction peaks which indicated that Ca-Cu-MCM41 has yield ordered structure. The peak width and peak intensity of Sample1 has a big different than other three samples and the degree of peak increased, which indicated that Mg-Cu-MCM41 has small spacings, and degree of crystallization and pore ordering reduced.
