摘要果汁饮料以其独特的味道与营养价值受到大众消费者的喜爱,但是果汁饮料 生产过程中需要使用大量的新鲜水,但排出时是高浓度有机废水,如果直接排放 会对水体环境造成巨大危害,进而危害到人类健康,因此需要进行处理以改善水 质。83996

本课题的目的是根据现有可行技术设计出合理的污水处理方案,并根据现在 的条件提出合理的建设意见,务必要做到保护环境的同时还要为厂家尽量节约成 本。

本次设计课题为果汁饮料厂废水处理,污水水量为 2500m3/d,按规定选择安 全 系数 K2=1。8。 废 水中 各 项 指标 分 别 为: CODCr2100mg/l , BOD51400mg/l , SS200mg/l,PH6-9。由于废水中的有机物含量特别高,若不经过处理直接排放将 对环境造成巨大危害,根据目前所掌握的知识决定采用“UASB+SBR”进行处理, 又因为水中含有较多果渣等固体物质,因此需要对废水进行预处理,所以最终的 方案定为“预处理+UASB+SBR”。因为原水中含有较多果皮碎屑等,故采用预处 理防止对后续工艺设备造成损害,预处理后可使水中 SS 降低 75%,因为去除的 固体物质含有有机物,同时也降低了水中有机物含量,能使水中 BOD5,COD 各 降低 10%,7%。厌氧反应可以高效的去除水中的有机物含量,经 UASB 处理能 使水质指标达到 COD=293mg/l,BOD5=189mg/l,对 SS 的作用很小可以忽略。 经厌氧反应后的废水中还是含有一定量的有机物,用好氧反应进一步处理,可以 使水质指标达到 COD<100mg/l,BOD5<30mg/l,SS<70mg/l,达到《污水综合排 放标准》(GB8978- 1996) 一级排放标准。
