摘要一直以来，课业负担在学生的生活学习中都是一个热点话题，本研究通过对杭州某小学学生的课业负担现状进行调查分析，发现被测者在“减负”的形势下依然存在一定的课业负担但是并不严重，它受到学习兴趣和学习习惯的影响，有13%的学生表示对学习并没有兴趣；大约半数的学生有着不同程度的不良学习习惯。课业负担还受到学生休息时间的影响，每天能够自由安排玩耍时间一小时以上的学生只占了23%，只有37%的学生达到了国家卫生标准规定的小学生睡眠时间。此外，部分学生对考试产生了负面情绪，还有大部分老师都存在着不按课程表要求随意增减课时的情况。最后，大部分家长为孩子增加的课外学习也影响其课业负担。由此可见，课业负担受到学生自身、教师、家长以及学校与社会的共同影响，减轻学生的课业负担仍然需要这几方面的共同努力。88069

Abstract: The studying burden has always been a heating topic among elementary school students。 In this study we will be researching and analyzing the current studying burden situation of the students from an elementary school located in Hangzhou。 We find out that with the idea of ' lightening the burden' being brought up and carried out, the tasks from school are somehow not as heavy as before, yet it is still concerned with students' studying habits and interests。 there are 13% of the students say that they are not interested in studying; about half the students have bad study habits to some extent。 This phenomenon (studying burden) also has an influence on students' time out of the school, there are 23% of the students who are able to have time for play more than an hour per day, and only 37% of the students have reached the Nation Health Standards。 Furthermore, some students hold an negative attitude about exams and tests and there are many teachers has add or subtract the lecture hours while having classes,。 Meanwhile, it also increased the burden of the students that their parents sign extra classes for them。 So it can be seen that, to lighten the burden of the students still requires the common efforts made by the school, the society, the parents and the students themselves。From~优E尔L论E文W网wWw.YoUeRw.com 加QQ7520.18766
