摘要随着教师资格证考试实行“国考”,非学前教育专业幼儿教师的增加解决了幼儿园师资短缺的问题。他们在幼教师资中占有重要的比重,师资力量决定幼教的质量,那么他们的专业发展也就影响着学前教育事业的发展。本研究选取了分别来自杭州市西湖区、滨江区、上城区、下城区、经济技术开发区和余杭区的二十位非学前教育专业的幼儿教师作为研究对象,再通过与学前教育专业的同事与园长的访谈,从专业态度、专业知识、专业能力和专业发展意识四个维度深入了解了非学前教育专业幼儿教师的专业发展问题。访谈提纲是笔者通过相关文献的查阅与分析,根据已有的研究和实际情况设计的。笔者基于访谈提纲,对研究对象——非学前教育专业的幼儿教师进行访谈,再加上对研究对象的园长和同事的访谈,不同角度全方面去深入了解他们的专业发展经历与状态,以及他们对提升专业发展方式的建议。再通过资料分析与整理,从教师自主学习和有效的组织管理角度提出改进建议,为提高非学前教育专业幼儿教师专业发展水平提供有效参考。88126

Abstract With the teacher qualification examination to implement the national examination, the increase of non-professional preschool teachers solved the problem of shortage of teachers。 They have an important proportion in the preschool teachers, teachers determine the quality of preschool education, so their professional development will affect the development of pre-school education。 In this study, we selected 20 preschool teachers from Hangzhou West Lake District, Binjiang District, Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Economic and Technological Development Zone and Yuhang District as the research subjects。 Then, through interviews with colleagues and preschool teachers, From the professional attitude, professional knowledge, professional competence and professional development awareness of the four dimensions of in-depth understanding of non-pre-school professional kindergarten teachers professional development issues。 Interview outline is the author through the relevant literature review and analysis, according to the existing research and the actual situation of the design。 Based on the interview outline, the author interviewed the kindergarten teachers who studied the non-preschool education, together with the interviews with the principals and colleagues of the research subjects, and in-depth understanding of their professional development experiences and status。 They advise on ways to enhance professional development。 And then through the data analysis and finishing, from the teacher self-learning and effective organization and management point of view put forward suggestions for improvement, in order to improve the non-pre-school professional kindergarten teachers professional development level to provide an effective reference。源-于,优W尔Y论L文.网wwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
