摘要本研究采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方式，在总结文献研究和调查基础上，采用自编的 问卷调查了杭州师范大学 85 名小学全科教育专业定向师范生的专业认同现状，调查结果如 下：全科师范生对专业普遍比较认同，但认同水平不太高；专业定位比较认同，但存在定位 偏差，且有年级差异，另外，全科师范生课外学习情况不容乐观；专业设置认同度较低；专 业就业认同存在年级差异，对于在农村工作立场不坚定；专业发展比较认同，但专业能力发 展有所欠缺。并对调查结果作了分析，从国家、学校、学生角度提出了提高全科师范生的专 业认同的一些建议。89131

Abstract:This study with the method of combination of questionnaire and interview, on the basis of summarizing literature research and survey, the questionnaire of the surveyed 85 primary school of hangzhou normal university general education professional directional students' professional identity status, the results of the survey is as follows:General students to professional universal would agree, but identity is not too high; Professional positioning would agree, but there is orientation deviation, and have grade difference, in addition, the general students learning situation is not optimistic; Professional Settings were lower; Professional obtain employment grade differences, in the rural work do not stand firm; Professional development is identity, but wanting to develop professional skills。 And the survey results were analyzed, from the perspective of the country, the school, student put forward some Suggestions of improve the general students' professional identity。
