摘要:作为教师教学能力重要组成部分的教学实践能力,是每位教师要成为一名合格教师的基础。从当前的课堂教学实际来看,初任教师的教学实践能力与新课程改革的要求还是有差距的。因此,为了提高初任教师的教学质量,促进初任教师教学实践能力的提升,本文基于文献研究、结合对初任教师教学的观察,首先通过对初任教师教学实践能力的涵义、特征等方面进行阐述,其次在教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学监控能力等方面分析了其存在的问题,最后从教学设计、课堂教学实施以及监控等方面提出培养途径。24973 毕业论文关键词:初任教师;教学实践能力;教学设计能力;教学实施能力;教学监控能力
Beginning teachers teaching ability
Abstract:Teaching practice teaching ability as an important part of teachers’ teaching ability,which is the foundation for a teacher to be qualified for teaching. From the practical point of view the current classroom,beginning teachers’ teaching practical ability and the requirements of the new curriculum reform still exits gaps. Therefore,in order to improve the teaching quality of the beginning teachers,to promote the development of beginning teachers’ teaching practical ability,to promote the ability of the teachers' teaching practice.In this paper, based on literature research, observation of the teacher's teaching to be appointed,firstly through the practical ability of novice teachers’ teaching the meaning,features and other aspects described,followed in instructional design,organizational skills, classroom teaching monitoring the ability to analyze aspects ,such as its existing problems ,the final search method through literature,observational study law proposed training pathway in instructional design,classroom organization,and reflect on other aspects.
