The Present Situation Of The Rural Preschool Teachers Struction
---Taking KaiFeng Country as an Example
Abstract: Preschool education is not only a vital part of the foundation education , but also a start of life-education. The structure of the country teacher team is an important part of itself. There is a major symbol to measure the preschool education teacher. This paper makes a diagnose for the situation of the kindergarten teachers, which the structure of age , tender, education background and graduate school. In the process of this investigation, there are some problems are discovered, such as, the teachers' age group is disproportion, the sex ratio is unbalance and the education background is unreasonable and so on. In addition, this paper puts forward the propose of the problems, such as, the teachers' salary is related to their length of service, increase in the male teachers and so on.

农村幼儿园师资队伍结构现状调查
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010~~2020）》（以下简称《教育规划纲要》）提出，到2020年，“普及学前一年教育，基本普及学前两年教育”。 [1]由此可以看出，国家对学前教育的重视，尤其是对农村学前教育的重视。在普及学前教育的同时，我们也要关注学前教育的质量，严把质量关。如果只是普及了数量而忽略了教育的质量，对幼儿的健康发展会起到反面作用；对家长来说会加重教育负担；对社会发展将会起不到促进的作用。师资队伍是学前教育的重要保障。近年，河南省幼儿师资队伍取得了迅猛发展。[2]那么，如何保障学前教育的质量呢？有句话是这么说的：百年大计，教育为本，教育大计，教师为本，教师在教育活动中具有及其重要作用。所以，构建一支高素质的师资队伍非常有必要。[3]师资队伍结构又是师资队伍的重要组成方面，良好的师资队伍结构可以提高师资队伍的教学成果。我国农村幼儿居多，优化农村幼儿园师资队伍结构意义重大。
