摘要：新入职教师正处于教师发展的起始阶段，对教师职业和教育教学缺乏实践认识和经验，易产生种种职业困惑，影响着新入职教师的成长和发展。本文通过对淮阴师范学院届150名毕业生的调查，梳理出了新入职教师的职业困惑表现，在分析新入职教师职业困惑产生原因的基础上，提出了改进高等师范教育的课程设置，加强对新入职教师业务能力的培养和提高新入职教师的心理调适能力等对策来化解新入职教师的职业困惑。54550

Abstrate: New teachers are in the initial stages of the development of profession, lack of practical knowledge and experience of the teaching profession and education, so they have all kinds of puzzles easily, and that affect the new teachers’ growth and development. Based on the 2007-2009 session Huaiyin Normal University survey of 150 graduates, sort out the professional confusion new teachers performance, based on the analysis of new recruits to the teaching profession on the causes confusion, an improved Higher Normal Education Curriculum , strengthen the training of new teachers and improve mental ability to adapt to new teachers and other countermeasures to the operational capacity of the new teachers to resolve the confusion.
