摘  要：目前在我国男性幼儿教师的数量仍然处于一个极度缺少的状态，远远不能满足学前教育事业的发展和幼儿发展的需求。由于男幼师的存在具有很大的现实意义，不仅对幼儿的全面发展至关重要，有利于幼儿的人格、非智力因素的发展，而且对于优化教师队伍意义重大，所以男性幼儿教师缺少这一现象不容忽视。致使男教师缺少的因素较多，如经济待遇偏低、传统观念的束缚、缺乏职业认同感等，要吸引更多的男性加入幼教事业，必须要多方配合，才能充分发挥其作用，比如提高工资待遇、加强媒体的舆论导向作用、创设适宜的工作环境、完善男幼师的培养机制、加强相关法律与政策的支持、聘请兼职男教师、充分利用社区资源。60688

Abstract: At present the number of the male preschool teachers in our country is still in a state of extreme lack, which can not meet the development of preschool education and children's development needs. Because the presence of male preschool teachers has great practical significance , This is not only of vital importance to children's all-round development, is conducive to the development of children's personality and non intellectual factors, but also significant for the optimization of teachers, so the phenomenon of lack of  the male preschool teachers can not be ignored. There are many factors resulting in the lack of male teachers, such as low economic treatment, traditional ideas, the lack of occupation identity and so on. To attract more men into preschool education, we must cooperate and take certain measures  in order to play its role fully such as higher wages, strengthen the guiding role of the media, create suitable working environment, improve the training of male teachers raise mechanism, strengthen the relevant legal and policy support, hire part-time teachers,  make full use of community resources.
