Abstract：In recent years, Chinese manufacturing labor costs are rising, rising labor costs article first analyze the causes, and then find out the impact of rising labor costs, the final recommendations countermeasures against the adverse effects of the feasibility of particular countries should set investment environmentally sound manufacturing and improve the foreign investment service system, strengthen the "2025 Chinese manufacturing embodiments", and set up professional colleges, technical schools to corporate transportation professionals. In addition, enterprises should pay attention to their own innovation, the implementation of co-branding strategy, focused on creating an international brand. Finally, the workers themselves should enhance learning, improve their strength.

我国制造业劳动力成本的上升及应对策略 前言
制造业劳动力成本是指劳动力在雇佣过程中而产生的一切费用。一般包括员工福利基金、劳动者的工资报酬、员工培训和教育、社会保障费用等。随着国民经济的快速发展制造业也在飞速发展，制造业的飞速发展也导致了对制造业劳动力的需求不断扩大，但是劳动力成本的不断上升导致了以劳动力为主的制造业的优势大大减少，大量的制造业企业开始搬迁或者改行，制造业劳动力的上升对我国经济的发展产生重大影响，有利也有弊。因此对我国制造业劳动力成本上升进行分析，并提出相应的对策，不仅必要而且意义重大。
一、中国制造业劳动力成本上升的现状
（一）中国制造业的发展现状
在中国国民经济快速发展的过程中，制造业也一直呈上升趋势增加。根据图一可以看出从2007年到2011年我国的国内生产总值在持续增加，从2007年的265810亿元增加到2011年的471564亿元。在国民经济增长的同时，制造业增加值也在大幅度增长，并且所占的份额越来越大，从2007年的87464亿元增加到2011年的157131亿元。说明我国制造近几年跟随国内生产总值的步伐在不断上升，并且所占的份额越来越大。数据来源：国家统计局，2012
