我国企业对发达国家直接投资问题研究

Direct investment of Chinese enterprises in developed countries Research
Abstract: In recent years, China is direct investment in developed countries is growing significantly, which still accounts for a small proportion when compared with foreign direct investment from developed countries. Therefore, the study of direct investment of Chinese enterprises in developed countries is important. This paper firstly introduces the concepts of direct investment, the present situation in terms of the subjects, regions, methods of our country is direct investment in developed countries. After that, some of the problems existing in such investment will be stated, such as constraints of related policies and systems that are not reasonable and perfect; major developed countries’ increasing investment security scrutiny; multinational investment in small scale; low brand awareness; irrational foreign direct investment industrial structure, so on and so forth. Finally, feasible proposals for these problems will be mentioned, such as establishment and perfection of the political system; establishment and improvement of the market service system; expansion the scale of foreign direct investment; establishment of well-known brands. In this way, we can develop the direct investment in developed countries in a better way.
