Comparison of Korea-China Cultural Industry and the Enlightenment to China
Abstract: With the help of other countries' advanced experience, the cultural industry of China could have a futher development, through the comparison of cultural industry between China and South-Korea, what we could get is: South-Korea has many comparative advantages in the cultural industry policy formulation, resource integration, investment and financing channels, talent training, etc. So, the development of China's cultural industry shoud pick up the experiences of South-Korea, through government promotion, creating an enabling environment, optimizing the allocation of resources, improving policies and regulations,expanding the channels of investment and financing, strengthen the training of talents, etc, to make the cultural industry more perspective, and get a gteat progress.

中韩文化产业的比较及对中国的启示
前言
中国文化产业的发展需要借鉴他国成功经验，尤其是韩国的先进经营理念和经营模式，因为我们拥有着共同的文化环境，都深受儒家文化的影响。通过与韩国的创意产业发展的比较，我们会发现更多的自身问题，并及时采取相对应的解决措施。我国只有加快文化产业政策体制改革，完善发展过程中的配套设施，才能够在现代市场经济的环境中立足。
一、文化产业的概述
（一）文化产业的概念
文化产业在不同的国家有不同的定义。如我国称为“文化产业”，欧盟称“内容产业”，英国称之为“创意产业”，美国概括为“版权产业”等，1998年，联合国教科文组织将“文化产业”解释为“按照工业标准生产、再生产、储存以及分配文化产品和服务的一系列活动” 。总之，文化产业实际上是一个较大产业集群，它经过市场动机的刺激和经济发展的促进，通过复制技术大量地传播，向传统文化的原创和保存两个方面逐步渗透，在对知识产权尊重的前提下，对原创进行资源开发和将文化展览替代最初单一的遗产保存。
