摘  要本文针对民间公益组织作业本公益协会进行管理信息系统的设计开发，通过调查研究进行系统需求分析，并根据需求分析结果进行系统设计。本文所述系统基于Visual Studio 2008开发环境，并结合ASP。NET技术和SQL Server 2008关系数据库等技术。实现的主要功能模块有：作业本计划管理、海子计划管理、魔盒心愿管理、财务管理。最后经测试，系统预期功能基本实现。对本系统的开发和使用将对规范作业本公益协会工作流程和提高协会管理效率给予很大的帮助。同时，本系统的开发也可推广至同类民间公益组织。86351

Development of ‘Exercise Book’ Public Welfare Association Management System

Abstract

This paper focuses on the design and development of the management information system for the folk public welfare organization, a public welfare association of ‘Exercise Book’。 Then the system was designed according to results of the requirements analysis after the investigation and study into the real organization。 This system is realized in the Visual Studio 2008 development environment, by ASP。NET technique and SQL Server 2008 relationship database system。 The main function modules are: exercise book plan management, haizi plan management, magic box wish management and finance management。 Finally, after the testing, the expected functions are realized。 The development and employment of this system will regulate the working process of the Exercise Book Public Welfare Association and improve its management efficiency。 Meanwhile, this system can be a good recommendation to similar folk public welfare organizations。
