摘要现在，互联网技术越来越与我们的生活息息相关，特别是“互联网+”思想的提出， 人们对自己的身体健康状况越来越注重，也越来越愿意将时间精力用于个人健康投资。人们不再满足于通过医院的就诊记录来了解自己的个人健康问题。通过个人健康档案管理系统，简化了对管理员的技术培训、减少了管理过程中的资源消耗与管理漏洞；同时，用户也可以更方便的了解自己的身体健康状况。通过对自身体检数据以及疾病信息的监控，实现每个有此要求的人都能第一时间了解自己的健康数据。86971

通过个人健康档案管理系统，可以对传统以纸质为媒介的档案管理方式做更新升级，从档案安全性、使用便捷性以及管理效率上发生了重要的突破：与传统纸质媒介档案管理方式对比，本系统避免了纸质档案在管理、保存、运输过程中容易产生的人为损坏、自然灾害以及纸张损耗等一系列问题；同时，个人健康档案管理系统也方便了管理员以及普通用户的使用，突破了地域的限制；个人健康档案管理系统也在管理效率上实现了突破，网络化的管理、流水线的操作必然能进一步提高工作效率。

个人健康档案管理系统分为管理员和普通用户两级登陆，管理员主要模块包括：个人信息管理、用户信息管理、体检信息管理、疾病信息管理以及系统信息管理。普通用户主要模块包括：个人密码修改、个人信息查看和修改和体检信息查看和修改。

本系统使用MyEclipse工具开发，服务器选择tomcat，前台开发语言为JSP，后台以SQLserver作为数据库管理系统。
