The Design and Exploitation of The Beef Food Company Performance Management System Based on Web
Abstract：In recent years, with the development of economy and science and technology, the informationization of various industries has been developed by leaps and bounds. However, for some companies, the traditional performance management is still carried out by HR in human resources department and does not reach the expect effect. Information technology for performance management is necessary. This system is based on B/S architecture, then using UML modeling design, including case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, timing diagram, to provide guidance for the realization of various functions. After that, using ASP.NET development platform to build a network platform. The Administrators in the system can manage the staff information, the department information, the attendance information and the performance management information. At the meaning time, employees can check in with faulty card, update performance tasks. Finally, through the software testing of the system, test results meet the design requirements, which achieves the original design purposes.
