Design and Implementation of Borrowing Management

Abstract:The information system of borrowing management,providing a operation platform of computer for administrator.The system uses Visual Studio 2010 as the developed tool,the data stored in the SQL Server 2005 database,the developed ideas of this system is 3-tier architecture,the developed language is C#.The system not only realizes management of books but also realizes borrowing books.After application of the system,the level of information manage improves greatly.It makes library management scientific,standardized.It can reduce the labor intensity and improve the efficiency of library management.And it is convenient for administrator to access to information of books in order to improve the efficiency of borrowing.

引言
随着图书馆规模的增大书籍量的增多，传统手工操作的管理方式已经不能满足当前读者多样化的借阅需求。如何利用先进的管理方式提高书籍的流通效率，是所有图书馆面临的重要问题。为解决这一问题，设计开发图书借阅管理信息系统势在必行。该系统利用了先进的互联网技术、数据库技术和电子商务技术，使管理信息规范化、系统化。
文中系统不仅实现书籍的借阅归还过程，而且极大的提高管理人员的工作质量，提高图书馆数据处理的高效性和简洁性。
1课题研究现状和意义
1.1 课题研究现状
为满足读者借阅的多样化需求，很多大型图书馆已经有了一套功能和性能都很完善的管理系统，但由于这种实现功能多，专业性强的大型系统价格昂贵、文护困难。不适合应用在中小型图书馆中。如今，针对中小型图书馆借阅管理系统较少，因此本文开发了图书借阅管理信息系统。
1.2 研究意义
经网络调查显示，多数中小型图书馆仍然采用手工操作管理方式，使读者浪费大量时间在排队等候上。所以开发图书借阅管理信息系统用来实现书籍的借阅和归还功能，文护书籍、读者、借阅等相关信息，不仅能够有效提高图书馆的书籍流通率，而且能提高书籍管理人员的工作效率，降低管理人员的工作难度[1][2]。
