摘 要:本文介绍了人事管理系统设计的关键技术以及系统设计开发过程，本文主要从系统需求分析，系统的设计与功能实现以及系统的测试几个方面展开叙述。

该人事管理系统是使用Visual Studio 2010开发的面向对象的数据库信息管理系统，该系统主要供中小型公司的日常信息管理。本系统分为以下几个模块：系统用户管理、部门信息管理、人力资源管理、薪资管理、考勤管理、奖惩管理、招聘管理、规章制度管理、培训管理、系统管理。本系统的界面比较友好，操作也比较简单，易学易懂易用，从总体方案上达到了该软件所需的要求。64109

Abstract： This paper introduces the key technologies of the personnel management system design and system design and development process, this article mainly from the system requirements analysis, system design and function realization of the narrative, and system testing several aspects.

The personnel management system was developed by using Visual Studio 2010 object-oriented database information management system, the system is mainly for small and medium-sized companies daily information management. This system is pided into the following several modules: system user management, department of information management, human resource management, salary management, attendance management, rewards and punishments management, recruitment management, rules and regulations management, training management, system management. This system interface is friendly, the operation is simple, easy to understand and easy to use, from the overall scheme achieves the required the software requirements.
