摘要随着生物识别技术地不断发展，指纹识别技术在其中扮演者日益重要的角色。指纹识别技术充分利用了指纹的普遍性、唯一性和永久性的生物特征，已逐步取代了传统的基于标志和数字的识别方式，目前在网络、银行、金融、医疗和安检等行业均得到了广泛应用。64453

指纹图像预处理是指纹识别系统的关键,好的预处理方法能够得到好的指纹处理图像。本文介绍了生物识别技术和指纹识别技术，重点研究了指纹图像预处理算法，利用matlab完成了图像分割、增强、二值化和细化算法编程设计。对一幅高信噪比指纹图像和一幅被污染的指纹图像分别进行分割、增强、二值化和细化指纹预处理，并进行了对比。论文还详细介绍了指纹图像特征提取和匹配常用的方法及其相应算法。

Title    Reserch of fingerprint recognition algorithm     

Abstract With the continuous development of biometric technology to fingerprint identification technology,which plays an increasingly important role. Fingerprint recognition technology takes full advantage of the universality of the fingerprint,unique and permanent biological characteristics has gradually replaced the traditional signs and numbers based on means of identification,the current network,banking, financial,medical and security industries have been widely used.

Fingerprint image pre-processing is a key of fingerprint identification system .A good way of pre-processing to get a good fingerprint pre-processing the image.This paper introduces biometric technology and fingerprint recognition technology;concentrates on studying the fingerprint image pre-processing algorithms;using matlab  to complete the programme design of algorithms which includes image segmentation,enhancement,binarization and thinning.For a high SNR fingerprint image and a contaminated fingerprint image,I did fingerprint preprocessing: segmentation , enhancement, binarization and thinning, and compared.Also describes in detail about commonly used methods and the corresponding algorithms of the fingerprint image feature extraction and matching.
