摘 要：为了解决房屋的出租不便问题，在MyEclipse+SQL2005环境下，采用jsp技术进行房屋出租系统的设计与开发，实现网络化房屋出租管理。系统主要分两个部分：管理员管理房屋出租部分和用户管理房屋出租部分。前者主要是面向中介服务或其他管理部门，它能够实现管理员对新闻发布、房源信息和用户信息的管理；后者则主要是面向全部注册用户，方便用户发布租售房屋信息和查找求租房屋信息及管理个人信息等功能。65524

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of inconvenience to rent, in MyEclip+SQL2005 environment, using JSP technology to design and develop rental housing system, and to realize the network of rental housing management. The system is mainly pided into two parts: administrator management and user management. The former is mainly for intermediary service or other administrative departments, it can achieve administrator of the news release, the availability of information and user information management; while the latter is mainly for all registered users, convenient users to publish rental housing information and search for housing management information and personal information.
