摘要随着国民经济的发展，微型计算机（电脑）越来越深入我们衣食住行的各个方面，在我们享受电脑给我们的生活带来的便利的状况之下，由于各个方面的原因，电脑经常出现一些例如蓝屏，死机，无法开机等类似的问题，因此对于电脑生产厂商和其特约维修中心而言，一个电脑售后维修服务管理系统是不可或缺的。

本课题结合软件工程思维，采用B/S架构，利用ASP.NET技术和数据库技术，进行了该系统的开发，实现前端显示和后台的控制。本系统对于电脑维修过程进行模拟，实现了用户注册管理，登记维修，员工技能查询和管理，零件查询和管理，服务反馈，维修费用结算，和论坛模块，常见问题查询，模糊查询等功能，完成了现今类似系统的大多数功能，有一定的实用价值。65986

Title    The design and implementation for the information management system of the computer after-sales maintenance service

Abstract

With the development of the national economy, micro-computer (PC) is more and more close in our  all aspects of the basic necessities of life, when we enjoy the convenience brought by the computer to our lives, due to various of the reasons, the computer often break out.  Blue screen, crash, can not boot a lot of similar problems make this kind of situation. So as to computer manufacturers and their authorized service center, a computer after-sales service management system is indispensable.

This project combines software engineering thinking, and use B / S structure, using ASP.NET technology and database technology, developing the system's control interface and background. The system simulate and realize  the computer maintenance process , user registration and management, registration and maintenance ,staff skills management and querying, and management of parts, service feedback, and maintenance costs of the settlement, and forums modules, FAQs query, fuzzy query function, completing today most of the features of similar systems, have some  practical value.
