摘 要：随着这个社会的发展，管理制度变得越来越重要。对于大部分企业来说，人员的管理尤为重要，一个庞大的企业在人力资源方面一定会需要进行严密的管理。但是由于企业自身的复杂性，对人员管理起来十分的麻烦，需要消耗很多的财力物力人力，这时候我们就需要这企业人事管理系统来帮助大部分企业来解决这个问题了。我打算运用myeclipse 8.5和SQL Server 2008数据库这两个工具相结合来做一个企业人事管理系统，为大部分企业提供一个方便的系统来管理日常人事。为此我开发一个基于B/S(Browser/Server)结构的企业人事管理系统。68800

Design and Implementation of Enterprise Personnel Management System

Abstract: With the development of this society, the management system becomes increasingly important. For most companies, management is particularly important, a huge enterprise in human resources will need to be closely managed. But because of their own complexity, personnel management up very troublesome, requires a lot of financial resources and manpower, this time we need this personnel management system to help the majority of enterprises to solve this problem. I intend to use myeclipse8.5 and SQL2008 database combining these two tools to do a personnel management system for the majority of enterprises to provide a convenient system for managing daily personnel. To this end I developed based on B / S (Browser / Server) structure of the personnel management system.
