摘要：近年来，项目外包在国内的发展趋势呈现不断上升的趋势，诸多公司会选择将自己一部分项目进行外包处理，来弥补技术空缺，软件开发商的数量也随之增长，众多软件开发商也随之日益崛起。然而，正是因为外包的出现才需要一个平台进行管理，可以将发布者和接收者紧密的联系在一起，从而解决寻找外包受理人的渠道，以及外包受理人寻找项目的渠道，使得项目外包更简便更快捷，让效率得到充分的提高。

课题围绕项目外包管理系统而展开，基于java web开发，使用SSM（Spring+Spring MVC+MyBatis）框架，Mysql数据库以及Navicat数据库管理工具进行项目开发。本人主要负责系统管理这一部分，即后台管理，后台管理包括了审核项目，用户管理，服务领域管理和数据库备份恢复，还有各个不同项目的查看。最后经过测试该项目能正常运转。81981
