摘要： 高校传统的项目信息中，由于高校资源具有教研、产学、人力资源溢出等多样性特征、所以具有良好的三包（外包、众包、分包）项目资源优势。高校项目多分散至各部门、独立院校、乃至各位老师及学生手中，由于人员之间不能及时有效地了解各自的项目情况、项目需求、人员需求等相关信息，无法进行合理的调配和管理，导致信息极度不对称。为解决高校内项目联动需求供给。该课题为：项目管理外包系统。本项目本人实现模块为发布模块和数据库设计。发布模块有项目信息模块、竞标信息模块。项目信息模块是显示发布人所发布项目的信息。竞标信息模块是可以选择项目竞标。经过模块测试，系统能够实现用户项目发布功能，同时，用户也可以竞标其他项目。82261
