摘要汽车作为21世纪最主要的交通方式之一已经越来越普及。随着我国现代化步伐的不断加快,各式各样的私家车已经遍布大街小巷。与此同时汽车制造业蓬勃发展,研究汽车与道路之间联系的车路系统动力学也进入了更多人的视野中。从广义上来说,车路系统动力学不仅仅是车路系统的物理建模和数学建模这么简单,而是包含了关于车辆和道路的一切研究问题的学科。这其中就涉及到了由路面不平度而产生的汽车振动问题。由于路面和汽车自身的原因,汽车在行驶过程中的振动不可避免,但这些振动的产生往往会给汽车本身和车内乘客造成持续性的影响。因此,在汽车工业日益发达的今天,汽车在行驶过程中的垂直动载荷研究在交通领域中具有极其重大的意义。针对由于路面激励而引起的汽车振动问题现在最便捷的方法就是利用先进的计算机科学进行力学仿真。用ADAMS软件对赛欧SCX进行建模并用MATLAB软件编写卵石路面的路面文件,随后导入到已经建好的整车模型中进行运动仿真。数据处理后与实际轮胎进行对比,图像存在一定误差,但大体结果相近。虽然研究仍有部分提升空间,但依然能给减少汽车振动的解决之道提供些许参考。84417

Abstract Nowadays car as one of the main means of transportation has become more and more popular。 With our country continuing to accelerate the pace of modernization, a variety of private cars can be seen everywhere in streets。 As the automobile manufacturing industry booming, research on the link between car and road which called carriageway system dynamics has stepped into more people's horizon。 Broadly speaking, carriageway system dynamics isn’t just simple like physical modeling and mathematical modeling, it’s a discipline including all the studies related to the vehicle and road, which involving vibration of the car that generated by the road roughness。 Due to the road and the car itself, the vehicle vibration during driving is inevitable, but it will cause a lasting impact to the passengers in the car and the car itself。 Thus, in the automotive industry increasingly developing time, the study on vertical dynamic load of the car in motion has great significance in the field of transportation。 The most convenient way to solve the vehicle vibration problems caused by road surface excitation is using the advanced computer science mechanics simulation。 Use ADAMS software environment to model Sail SCX and use MATLAB software environment to write the document of pebble road, and then import the document into the vehicle model has been built for motion simulation。 After the data processing and comparison with the actual tire, there is a certain error in the comparison image, but they are generally similar。 Although there are some room for improvement in this study, but it still provides some reference to the solution on reducing road vibration of an automobile。
