摘要柴油机具有热效率高,扭矩大,功率适用范围广等特点,它本身是一种结构复杂,零件精密的机械。而柴油机的轴系会通过扭转振动来提供动力性能。但是当扭转振动达到峰值之后,则会产生共振现象,这时,柴油机的轴系就会受到损坏,从而影响到柴油机甚至是柴油机所在机械的性能。所以,设计出一个试验台来对柴油机轴系传动的各项性能进行测试是很有必要的。84457

本文针对以上问题,进行了柴油机轴系传动试验台的设计。在设计过程中,先明确设计方向为柴油机轴系传动方向,然后在此基础上,初定出一个符合要求的方案,并对此方案可能出现的问题展开延伸,从而得到多个方案以供选择。对初步设计出的几种方案进行综合比较,选出其中的最佳方案,并在此基础上进行修改,确保其能够满足柴油机轴系传动的实验教学任务。试验台设计完成后,针对该试验台所涉及到的各个部件进行选型,在此过程中要保证各部件之间联接的紧密性和可靠性,也要使最终的柴油机轴系传动试验台能够符合要求。为了更直观的看到柴油机轴系传动试验台的效果,我选择了Pro/E软件来对该试验台进行三维建模。根据设计完成的柴油机轴系传动试验台,可以进行轴系传动方面的教学实验,比如柴油机轴系转速测量、柴油机轴功率测量等。

Abstract Diesel engine has the characteristics of high heat efficiency, high torque and wide application range。 It is a kind of complex structure and high precision。 And the diesel engine shaft can provide dynamic performance by torsional vibration。 But when the torsional vibration reaches the peak, it will produce resonance phenomenon, then, the diesel engine shaft will be damaged, thereby affecting the diesel engine and even the mechanical performance of the diesel engine。 So, the design of a test bench to the performance of diesel engine shafting transmission test is very necessary。

In this paper, aiming at the above problems, the design of diesel engine shafting transmission test bench。 In the design process, the first clear design direction for driving direction of diesel engine crankshaft system and on this basis, initially for a a meet the requirements of the program, and this program may be the problem of extension, so as to obtain a plurality of options。 For preliminary design of several schemes of comprehensive comparison, select the best scheme, and based on the modified to ensure that it can meet the diesel engine shafting drive experiment teaching task。 After the completion of the design of the test bed, for the test bench involved in various parts of the selection, in the process to ensure between the various components connected closely and reliability, also want to make final diesel engine shafting transmission test-bed can meet the requirements。 To see the effect of diesel engine shafting transmission test more intuitive, I choose the Pro / E software to 3D modeling of the test bench。 According to complete the design of Diesel Shafting transmission test bench can be carried out teaching experiment of the drive shaft, such as diesel engine crankshaft speed measurement, diesel engine shaft power measurement。
