摘要最近几年,随着独立新风空调系统(DOAS)的普及推广,船舶空调行业的学者也随 之做出了相关的技术研究,此技术主要为了提高船舱内生活环境的空气质量。本设计 主要就独立新风空调系统为主,研究独立新风空调系统的特点以及发展趋势。在本设 计中,尝试将独立新风空调系统应用于船舶中,对设计的空调系统进行设计计算以及 性能分析。本设计通过冷负荷系数法对舱内负荷进行计算,准确计算舱室空调送风量, 并且通过对比多家厂商的的产品进行设备选型。此外,本设计还进行了风管水力计算, 通过计算风管摩擦损失和局部损失算出其风机需要的全压,进而根据厂家产品参数进 行风机选型。本设计在进行管道保温、减低系统噪音以及管道防腐刷漆方面也做了相 关的设计措施。空调设计需要符合科学技术的发展并且满足社会需求,本文把独立新 风系统应用于船用空调系统中,有利于提高空气品质。研究独立新风系统在船舶中的 应用,对舰船的使用安全性能具有极大的作用。84877

Abstract In recent years, the dedicated outdoor air systems(DOAS) develops so fast that some scholars in the air conditioning industry devoted themselves to the related research, which is mainly to improve air quality in the cabin。 And,what’s more, this paper also focus on the dedicated outdoor air systems, mainly in its feature and its trend of development。

Besides, there are three advantages in this paper。 Firstly, this design tried to apply the dedicated outdoor air systems to ships and calculate it and analyze its performance。 Secondly, this paper calculated the load of cabin by the cold load coefficient method, which could accurately calculate the amount of air supply in cabin, meanwhile, to choose the most suitable equipment, this paper compared many products from various companies。 In addition,thishe design also carries out the wind pipe hydraulic calculation, through the calculation of the wind pipe friction loss and local loss to calculate the total pressure of the wind turbine, and then according to the parameters of the manufacturers of wind turbine selection。This paper designed some related measures in some aspects― pipe insulation, reducing system noise and pipeline corrosion painting。 All in all, air conditioning system design needs to comply with the development of science and technology, and this paper studied the dedicated outdoor air systems in cabin, which could help improve air quality。

The application of the dedicated outdoor air systems in the ship has a great effect on the safety performance of the warship。
