摘要:本次毕业设计的任务是设计SHL6-1.25/250-WII型锅炉,该锅炉为双锅筒自然循环蒸汽锅炉。炉膛四周布置有水冷壁,为保证炉膛中持续和稳定的燃烧,在炉膛之后设有蒸汽过热器,上下锅筒之间布置密集的对流锅炉管束,为主要受热面。尾部烟道布置有省煤器和空气预热器。布置省煤器以降低排烟温度,提高锅炉效率,布置空气预热器,加强着火和燃烧,同时也可以降低排烟温度,提高锅炉效率。设计内容主要是对锅炉各部件进行设计,各个部分主要分为两大部分设计,分别为结构设计和热力计算。SHL6-1.25/250-WII型锅炉为双锅筒横置式链条炉排炉,额定蒸发量为6t/h,额定蒸汽压力为1.25MPa(表压力),过热蒸汽温度为250℃,使用二类无烟煤。本次设计难点主要集中在炉膛设计以及锅炉的对流管束设计,在接下来的设计与计算中,将会一一解决这些问题。设计完成后,利用CAD制图软件,完成图纸的绘画工作。

Design of SHL6-1.25/250-WII Boiler

Abstract: The task of this graduation project is to design the SHL6-1.25/250-W II type boiler, which is a double boiler natural circulation steam boiler. A water wall is arranged around the hearth. To ensure continuous and stable combustion in the hearth, there is a steam superheater behind the hearth, and a dense convection boiler tube bundle is arranged between the upper and lower drums as the main heating surface. The tail flue is equipped with economizers and air preheaters. Economizers are arranged to reduce the temperature of the exhaust fumes, increase the efficiency of the boilers, arrange the air preheaters, enhance the ignition and combustion, and also reduce the temperature of the exhaust fumes and increase the boiler efficiency.The main content of the design is to design the boiler parts, each part is mainly pided into two aspects: structure design and thermal calculation respectively. SHL6-1.25/250WII type boiler is double drum chain boiler, rated evaporation 6t/h, rated steam pressure 1.25MPa (gauge pressure), the superheated steam temperature is 250 ℃, using second class of bituminous coal. Main design projects are furnace, slag coagulating pipe, superheater, convection banks, economizer and air pre-heater. This design mainly focus on the design of furnace and convection banks. With the improvement of design, these problems will be solved. When the design is finished, I will complete the drawings with CAD software.
