摘要：随着时代的进步经济在不断的发展，人们对水质的关注度也在日益提高。“降本增效”是供水企业一直追求的目标，也是目前的一个热门话题。供水企业相对于其他企业来说具有特殊性，为了提高自己的经济效益，让企业更好的发展，在没有自主定价权的情况下，只有有效的降低成本费用才能达到此目的，因此，成本控制的重要性显而易见。本文以实习单位南京江宁水务集团自来水公司为例，对企业目前的现状以及成本的构成进行了分析，根据理论知识与自己的实习情况阐述了该企业成本构成存在的一系列问题，最后根据这些问题提出了要提高企业成本控制意识、原料动力费要精细化、控制管网维修费等成本控制策略。91022
