摘要：存货在一个企业的生产经营中占据重要的地位。企业建立合理的存货管理制度有助于提高资金周转速度和偿债能力。为了确保企业日常生产能够持续经营，一定要管理好存货采购、仓储环节。本文以南通乐佳涂料有限公司为例进行分析，发现其存在存放方式不科学，存货容易出现积压变质、存货的管理制度松散、缺少科学合理的采购计划问题，并相应的给出了建立起符合企业自身的存货管理方法和风险防范机制、建立健全公司存货管理制度、建立合理的采购计划应对措施。 93491
