摘 要：当今社会，许多企业都未认识到存货管理的重要性。存货是企业资产的核心组成部分，在企业流动资产中占据较大的比重，它的重要性不容忽视。如何进行存货的合理管理和控制，以平衡存货存在过多或过少带来的成本消耗和风险，成为企业需要考虑的重要问题。因此，如何管理好企业的存货，成为一个企业必须解决的问题。本文搜集了一些文献，结合了悦博服装批发公司的基本实际情况，从实际出发，对公司的存货管理进行系统的研究，针对存在的问题给出相应的对策，从而为优化公司的存货管理提供合理的策略。

Abstract:In today's society, many enterprises are not aware of the importance of inventory management. Inventory is the core component of enterprise assets, which occupies a larger proportion in the enterprise's current assets, and its importance cannot be neglected. How to carry out reasonable management and control of inventory to balance the cost consumption and risk caused by excessive or too little inventory becomes an important issue for enterprises to consider. Therefore, how to manage the stock of enterprises, become an enterprise must solve the problem. I strive to collect a lot of literature, integrated with Yue Bo clothing company's basic actual situation, theory with practice, the company's inventory management system research, in order to inventory management problems in the corresponding countermeasures, so as to provide the company's inventory management reasonable strategy.
