摘要：对商业银行获利能力的分析有利于银行业认识到目前其发展的优势以及阻碍，进而促进银行对自身获利模式进行反思和改革，也有利于利益相关者更加全面的了解企业的发展及运营情况，更好地作出投资决策。本文通过杜邦分析法,以中国银为例，对其各项财务数据进行逐一分析，最后总结分析了近年商业银行的总体获利水平及问题所在。并按照前文理论分析和研究对我国商业银行改革作出了一些自己的见解。凭据近况以及其中存在的一些问题给出合理的建议，旨在为银行业发展提供一些新的思路，有助于改善商业银行获利能力。43346

 Analysis of the Profitability of Commercial Banks - A Case Study of Bank of China

ABSTRACT：Analysis of the profitability of commercial banks are in favor of the banking sector to the current understanding of the advantages and impede their development, thus contributing to the bank's own profit model reflection and reform, but also conducive to stakeholders more comprehensive understanding of the development of enterprises and operations, make better investment decisions.
