Abstract
2013 can be described as the spirited first year of the Media Industry, it became highly sought after in the market from a lower-profile industry in the markets. Under the background of Macro-Economy as a whole is in the doldrums, most weighted blue chips had unsatisfactory performances, but media shared "Monolith".This article mainly focuses on understanding the main frame and the application of the annual report and the analysis of the annual report in listed companies in Market Economy. Analysing the Macro-and Micro-economic conditions of the Cultural Media Industries, describing the general situation of Huayi Brothers. Using Trend-Analysis, Structure-Analysis, Comprehensive Analysis- Do-Pont Financial Analysis System to analyse the financial data of Huayi Brothers to reveal the reality that the financial data reflects. Finally come out with reasonable proposals according to the the problems existing in enterprise on the basis of mastering the status of the enterprise so as to help decision makers to take it as a reference.

华谊兄弟2013年度年报分析
经过两个月的停牌之后，华谊兄弟在万众瞩目下终于公布了由阿里创业、平安资产、腾讯公司、中信建投主动发起的非公开定向增发计划，本次增发注入的资金达36亿元，比其5年前第一次挂牌的时候融资额度的三倍还多，并且已经获得证监会受理。“三驾马车”齐为华谊护航更是奠定了华谊兄弟作为“中国影视娱乐第一股”的行业地位，然而马云、马化腾的再度聚首也令BAT涉猎影视娱乐业的跨界发展更具想象空间。
2013年下半年以来，关于影视公司上市或被上市公司并购的传闻一浪接一浪，但作为第一个“吃螃蟹的人”，华谊兄弟则毫无疑问地在资本市场登上王者地位。

上市公司年度报告是对上市公司过去一年的财务状况和经营成果的综合反映，作为会计信息的一种载体形式，其重要性日益被人们所认识。上市公司年报不仅仅是投资者高度关注的重要信息，也是交易所信息披露监管的重点，更是上市公司总结分析自身一个年度的生产经营状态、财务状况、资本投资发展、内部管控等情况的载体。
在过去的五年里，华谊取得产业链从短变长、公司规模迅速扩张的亮眼战绩，本论文以华谊兄弟2013年度年报分析作为选题，结合公司的营运模式与发展战略来分析华谊兄弟的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量，这对探讨我国民营影视传媒企业走上市之路有重要的参考价值。
