摘要：生物资产是指有生命的动植物，是涉农上市公司拥有的一类特殊资产，其特殊性在于自身具有可增殖性。从国家经济发展趋势看，未来涉农上市公司的数量会越来越多，因此在财务报告中对生物资产信息进行全面而准确地披露显得尤为重要。本文将从国内外准则对该类特殊资产的相关规定入手研究生物资产方面的信息披露。本文以我国涉农上市公司为对象，对其在2010-2014年年报中披露的生物资产内容进行统计分析，梳理出我国生物资产信息披露现状，并在进行相关理论论述和具体案例分析的基础上，揭示目前存在的问题及产生原因，且从不同角度提出改进建议。50018

 Research On Biological Assets Information Disclosure Of Listed Companies

ABSTRACT：Biological assets mean living animals and plants,a special kind of assets which agricultural listed companies own, and its peculiarity is fertile. From the country's economic development trend, the number of agricultural listed companies will be more and more, so how to disclose a comprehensive and accurate information about  the biological assets will be more and more important in the quality of accounting information. This article from the domestic and foreign accounting standards to the biological assets of the relevant provisions of the research on biological assets information disclosure. This article chooses our country agricultural listed companies as the research object, and analyzes the biological asset information which was presented in the 2010-2014 annual report. Hereafter, based on the relevant theory and the case analysis, i will reveal the present situation of biological assets information disclosure in our country, find out the problems and causes and put forward improvement Suggestions from different angles.
